WANdisco Fusion selected for G-Cloud 10 framework

WANdisco’s LiveData Platform, WANdisco Fusion is now available on the UK government’s latest G-Cloud framework to support digital transformation needs in the UK public sector.

San Ramon, Calif., Tuesday, 14 August, 2018  – WANdisco (LSE:WAND), the LiveData company, today announced the availability of WANdisco Fusion and the LiveData platform on the UK government’s latest G-Cloud framework, G-Cloud 10. The framework provides UK public sector organisations with a way to buy cloud-based services as commodities to accelerate cloud adoption in a timely and cost-effective manner.

Provided by the Crown Commercial Service, G-Cloud 10, eliminates the need for organisations to individually research and enter into procurement contracts with technology vendors. As a result WANdisco Fusion and the LiveData platform will be easily accessible to central government, local councils, NHS trusts and other public sector bodies.

David Richards, Co-Founder and CEO of WANdisco said:

“With this announcement, UK public sector organisations are able to realize the benefits of Big Data and the Cloud while still being able to confidently manage the realities of modern digital government where continuous access to critical data is a must. Using our LiveData Platform, public sector IT teams can have the hybrid cloud infrastructure they need as our unique patented technology ensures critical data is always live, always protected and always available.”
