Customer Success - Sheffield, England or Belfast, Northern Ireland

The Customer Success Engineer (CSE) is a critical role in WANdisco’s Customer Success Organization. The CSE will be responsible for the successful onboarding and adoption of WANdisco’s Fusion software. As part of the onboarding team the CSE will work to understand the customer’s technical objectives and will design and tailor a plan for them to succeed.  The CSE will be responsible for implementing the plan, assisting and guiding the customer through the planning and deployment process with an objective to provide relevant information, and ultimately ensuring customer adoption of the Fusion software.   The ideal candidate is passionate about customer success and learning new technologies, and understands how technical deliverables associate to business outcomes.  The CSE will partner closely with customers to ensure we provide the right support, at the right time, in the right way, building relationships and providing guidance to help them achieve their goals. 

Development - Sheffield, England

Working within WANdisco’s highly responsive and skilled Infrastructure and DevOps team, the Infrastructure Engineer plays a crucial role in WANdisco’s Cloud and On-Premise implementation, automation, networking, and security. This role works closely with other departments on maintenance, deployment, monitoring, and management tools. The ideal candidate requires a strong grasp of IT security methodologies, will show initiative and passion to seek ways to improve technologies and processes and will enjoy collaboration with others across the business.

Marketing - San Ramon, California

The Director of Partner Marketing will be responsible for building and delivering a comprehensive partner marketing model that enables the development of multiple joint marketing plans with named, strategic technology partners and Systems Integrators. These jointly developed partner marketing plans will be incorporated into the overall alliance plans of our strategic partnerships and will ultimately result in the overall growth and success of these partners and WANdisco. This role will collaborate closely with leadership from our business development, sales, customer success and marketing teams. This self-starter individual should be strong in strategic business planning, communications, marketing messaging development and have the ability to balance multiple projects in a very fast-paced environment. 

Project Management - Sheffield, England

The Engineering PMO Leader is a critical and strategic role, responsible for leading process improvement efforts throughout engineering. Leading the engineering project portfolio globally, the PMO Leader also will operate locally as a scrum master. The successful candidate will work closely with Engineering and Product leadership to provide ongoing visibility into the project portfolio, striving to improve upon existing agile processes, and leading a small team of globally distributed scrum masters. WANdisco’s PMO (Project Management Office) Team is responsible for collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to support the delivery of all strategic software development projects and process improvement initiatives. The PMO Team is responsible for the planning, coordination, and ultimately the fostering of a project delivery environment to produce the highest level of product quality that the company is proud to distribute.

Project Management - Sheffield, England

The Manager of Technical Publications plays a vital role in leading our technical publications team, helping our customers get started quickly and ensuring that technical details relating to our products are clear and easy to understand. This role will provide strategic direction in the technical publication team, contribute to product documentation and act as an advocate for good technical content throughout the company.   The ideal candidate must be passionate about writing, with a focus on clarity, straightforward storytelling, and an information architect’s approach to organising material. A technical background in big data, storage, cloud, backup or related technologies will enable the candidate to get to grips with our products quickly.

The Senior Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer works within the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) team, in collaboration with the Engineering team, to ensure high-quality software releases. The ideal candidate will help test releases of WANdisco’s Fusion suite of products and will work closely with the Customer Success team to understand customer requirements.

The Technical Product Owner will work closely with our Product team to design and drive development of customer-focused products and solutions. Technical Product Owners at WANdisco are expected to make independent product decisions, finding creative solutions to problems while striking the right balance between customer requests and business requirements.   The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding, prioritizing, and defining new product features as well as maintaining an effective product backlog and ensuring delivered features meet agreed acceptance criteria. The Technical Product Owner will continuously work to improve delivery processes and be a key player in defining WANdisco's wider product strategy.

The Technical Project Manager (Scrum Master) plays a key role in the successful coordination, planning and execution of high profile and complex software releases and partners with stakeholders at all levels of the business to ensure engagement and alignment on project milestones and outcomes.

Customer Success - Sheffield, England

The Technical Support Engineer (TSE) is a critical role in WANdisco’s Customer Success Organization. The TSE will be responsible for remotely engaging with some of the largest global enterprise organizations to rapidly analyze, reproduce and resolve their technical problems. The ideal candidate will naturally seek ways to improve technologies or process and enjoy sharing their suggestions with others.

WANdisco supports enterprise organisations in their adoption of cloud technologies by providing a world leading data migration and data movement product. The Visual Designer role is responsible for developing the look and feel of WANdisco's flagship product, WANdisco Fusion.
