At OrcaWare, Blair leads a group that provides software development, training, consulting, and related services for Subversion and other open source projects. Blair has consulted and trained developers at the World Bank, the United Nations, McDonald's and DHL, amongst others. Blair earned his Ph.D. from Caltech.
