The Create User screen allows you to create users and assign them to one or more groups.
bullet The CVS or Subversion user id, first name, last name and email address are entered here.
bullet Users can be moved in and out of groups by checking or unchecking the appropriate box. Changes take effect immediately.
bullet Users inherit access privileges from their group assignments.
